If you would like to request burial information from All Faiths Cemetery (New Swedish) or Old Swedish Cemetery, please fill out the Genealogy Research Request Form below.

Generally, the office can provide the name of the deceased, date of burial, date of death, age at the time of death, which funeral home managed the interment, location of the grave and a listing of all others buried within the same grave. Sometimes other information such as address at the time of death, date of birth, veteran status, what type of vault was used, as well as a copy of the obituary, can be provided.

Interments with records were conducted in the Old Swedish Cemetery as of Spring 1886 for more than 15,000 burials to date. Interments with records were conducted in All Faiths Cemetery April 23, 1923 and continue to grow.
