Planning ahead for end of life arrangements can ease not only your mind, but also those of your loved ones. It gives you complete control of personal wishes and ensures that those selections are carried out. Planning now will also reduce the mental, emotional, and financial load off those once you have passed. Anything from disposition, funeral arrangements, graveside or committal services, to cemetery and interment options can be decided on and paid for in advance. It can be a hard topic to broach with family or friends, but it is a completely natural inevitability that deserves discussion.

Once you have made your choices and arrangements, putting them into clear, written instructions is best to make sure everything goes accordingly and will spare surviving family and friends tough choices during what can be a difficult time. This process may include speaking to an attorney about your pre-planned arrangements for your will and or other legal documents.

All Faiths Cemetery has availability in many different sections of the grounds to accommodate a variety of burial options after the type of disposition is decided. We have an extensive selection of single and double lots as well as larger areas for bigger families whether the choice includes full burial or cremation so that every person is put to rest with dignity and peace.

Interment options include traditional below-ground burial, below-ground burial of cremated remains in family graves, below-ground burial of cremated remains in our cremation-specific area surrounding the central gazebo, and inurnment of cremated remains in niches within the columbariums. Four cremation burials are permitted in each grave in addition to the two casket burials. Each columbarium niche can hold two bronze niche urns.

Another option is the scattering of ashes on cemetery grounds in our predeveloped scattering garden. This is currently under construction and will be able to be a part of the planning or burial processes after 2024. Presently, this option is available in a dedicated location by the water’s edge, just past the Lutheran Home Monument on the western side of the cemetery.
